Tyler Ruff

Tyler Ruff is the founder of Ruff Equity, a real estate investment company focused on acquiring and improving mobile home communities throughout The United Stated of America. With a background as a journeyman plumber, Tyler brings a hands-on understanding of infrastructure, maintenance, and long-term property operations — skills that give him a unique edge in identifying value and solving challenges in mobile home parks.

In addition to real estate, Tyler is also the co-owner of a successful bagged ice vending business in Ohio, which has recently expanded into delivery operations. His experience building that business from the ground up — managing production, logistics, and customer relationships — has strengthened his ability to operate efficiently, scale responsibly, and create dependable income streams.

Driven by both entrepreneurial vision and family values, Tyler started Ruff Equity to create stable, affordable housing options while building lasting partnerships with investors and community owners. His investment approach focuses on direct, off-market relationships, strong cash flow, and thoughtful improvements that enhance both the property and residents’ quality of life.

When he’s not analyzing deals or walking properties, Tyler enjoys fishing Florida’s Treasure Coast, spending time with his wife Rylie, and building toward the long-term goal of financial freedom for his family and partners.

Ryan Dumas has been married to his wife, Rachael, for 12 years. They have 4 beautiful daughters and live in Clearwater, Fl. Rachael is a stay-at-home mom and homeschools their daughters. Ryan’s passions, in order, are God, time with his wife and time with his daughters.

Ryan operates apartments, self storage and flex industrial. Ryan currently controls a combined total of 3000+ units and $190+ million AUM.

In the past 8+ years Ryan has financed over $400m in Commercial Real Estate. As a General Partner, he participates on weekly and monthly calls regarding day-to-day operations, investor relations, operations, and consulting on apartments and hotels.

Ryan’s strengths are financing, asset management, customer service, networking, and investor relations. He listens to his investors and applies what he learns to meet their needs and wants. Ryan aspires to assist fellow investors with overcoming their challenges and achieving their goals. Ryan is a founding partner of The Core and a Commercial Real Estate Coach.
